Transcode video completely before playing (better browser compatibility, slower starts). Buffer size will be ignored.*

Enable CDG pixel scaling (crisper visuals for CDG files, may increase CPU usage)

* Videos are only transcoded when: normalization is on, audio/video synchronization not zero, a song is transposed, playing a CDG/MOV/AVI/MKV file. Most unmodified MP4 files will not need to be transcoded.

If downloads or searches stopped working, updating youtube-dl will probably fix it. The current installed version is: "2025.10.22"
